Smooth Merino Wool Top for Spinning, Dyeing, and Everyday Wear

This undyed superwash merino wool top is a fine, smooth spinning fiber prepared for consistent drafting and even yarn formation. With a soft hand and clean fiber alignment, it is well suited for creating yarns intended for garments worn close to the skin.

Prepared as combed wool top, the fibers are aligned for controlled drafting on spinning wheels and drop spindles. The approximately 23 micron merino offers a balance of softness and strength, allowing for both fine and durable yarns depending on how it is spun.

This fiber is undyed and ready for custom color work. It takes acid dyes evenly, making it a reliable base for hand dyeing, small-batch color work, or building a personal yarn palette.

Finished for reduced felting, this fiber is suitable for projects that benefit from easier care while still maintaining the qualities of natural wool.

Got what I paid for.
Size: 3 mm 4.5 mm 6 mm Tire, Number of Items: 3
I dropped my drill with the bit installed. It broke quite easily. It was a relatively inexpensive so I can't complain. A higher quality harder metal would have earned 5 stars.
